Anxiety. Stress. Energy that came and went with no pattern I could find. I started trying things — supplements, protocols, routines. Some worked. Most didn’t. But somewhere in the trial and error, it stopped being a fix and became a lifestyle. I wanted to know not just what to take, but why it worked.
Australia’s supplement market is saturated to the point of meaninglessness.
Every brand claims the same things. Every product looks interchangeable. Somewhere in the noise, the person trying to fix their sleep, focus, or energy is left guessing — what they’re buying, whether it’s legitimate, whether it’ll do anything at all.
I didn’t want to guess anymore. So I built the thing I wished existed.
