A comprehensive herbal fibre blend made from 30+ certified organic and wildcrafted botanicals — designed to support gut cleansing, healthy digestion, regular bowel function, and the removal of toxins that accumulate in the gut over time. Available in Original (unsweetened), Chocolate, and Wildberry. All three flavours contain the same full formula — the same benefits, just with different taste profiles.
Most fibre supplements do one thing: add bulk to your stool. Qenda Ultimate Fibre does considerably more than that. Built around a base of organic psyllium husk — one of the most well-researched soluble fibres available — it combines 30+ organic and wildcrafted herbs into a single daily formula designed to support multiple aspects of gut health at once.
The formula addresses four key areas: gentle cleansing of the gut lining and colon, support for the removal of waste and toxins that can accumulate in the digestive tract, soothing and repairing the gut wall, and supporting a healthy internal environment. Different herbs in the blend handle different parts of this — some are soothing and coating (like slippery elm and marshmallow root), some support bile flow and liver detoxification (like dandelion and barberry), some have traditionally been used to address unwanted gut organisms (like black walnut and clove), and some are anti-inflammatory and restorative (like turmeric and aloe ferox).
It is designed as a 3–4 month course rather than an indefinite daily supplement — used intensively at first, then tapered. Most people notice improvements in digestion, energy, skin clarity, and overall wellbeing as the gut environment improves and the body is better able to absorb nutrients and clear waste effectively.
The gut is often called the foundation of overall health — and for good reason. Poor gut function affects nutrient absorption, immune response, energy levels, skin health, mood, and sleep quality. Many of the symptoms people attribute to other causes — bloating, fatigue, brain fog, skin breakouts, cravings — have their roots in a gut environment that isn't functioning optimally.
What makes this formula different from a standard fibre supplement is the breadth of what it addresses. Psyllium husk provides the soluble fibre backbone that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and supports healthy stool formation. Slippery elm, marshmallow root, and Irish moss form a soothing, protective coating over the gut lining — particularly useful if there is any irritation or inflammation present. Cascara bark and Turkish rhubarb support healthy bowel movement and elimination. Dandelion root, barberry, and meadowsweet support liver and bile function, which is closely tied to how well the gut processes and eliminates waste. Chlorella and bladderwrack are seaweeds that help bind and remove toxins, including heavy metals. Ashwagandha and skullcap provide adaptogenic and nervous system support — relevant because the gut and nervous system are closely connected, and stress directly impairs gut function.
Every ingredient is certified organic or wildcrafted when certified organic is unavailable. The product is batch-tested for herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, heavy metals, and pathogenic organisms. No artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, or preservatives. The chocolate and wildberry flavours add only organic natural flavour and a trace of thaumatin (a natural fruit-derived sweetener) — the active formula is identical across all three.

Format: Powder. 500g per tub, 25 serves (2 scoops / 20g per serve). Scoop included.
Add 2 level scoops (20g) to 350–400ml of filtered water in a shaker bottle. Seal the lid, shake firmly for 7 seconds, and drink the full amount immediately — before the mixture begins to thicken. Follow with an additional 300–400ml of water. Take on an empty stomach, ideally 10–30 minutes before a meal.
The 2-scoop serving size is important — the dose is calibrated to provide a meaningful amount of each herb. A single-scoop serve won't deliver the same results.
Suggested course structure:
Week 1: Start with 1 scoop daily to assess tolerance
Weeks 2–9: 2 scoops twice daily (morning and evening, before meals)
Final month: 2 scoops once daily, tapering down to every second day
Most people run 3–4 months for a full course, using 5–7 tubs total. After completing a course, transitioning to Qenda Everyday Fibre is recommended for ongoing maintenance.
Some mild detox symptoms (changes in digestion, temporary fatigue, skin changes) can occur in the first week as the gut environment shifts — this is normal and typically passes within a few days. Drink plenty of water throughout.
Worth considering if you:
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking prescription medications or have a medical condition, as the herbs in this formula may interact with certain drugs. Always take at least 2 hours away from medications and iron supplements.
