Start low and slow 1–3 drops diluted in water or juice, gradually working up to 10–15 drops as tolerated. Citrus helps mask the naturally bitter taste. Can also be taken under the tongue for faster effect, though this will temporarily colour the tongue blue.
Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have G6PD deficiency. Not suitable for use alongside SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, or other serotonergic medication. Speak with your healthcare professional before use if you're taking any medication. Will temporarily stain the tongue, teeth, and lips blue, and turn urine blue both harmless and short-lived.
