A high-strength activated B vitamin complex delivering all 8 B vitamins in their biologically active forms — the versions your body can use immediately without conversion. Includes Quatrefolic® (the most advanced methylfolate available), methylcobalamin B12 (1000mcg), activated B2 and B6, plus Choline for neurotransmitter support. TGA-listed. Australian GMP manufactured. 60 capsules — 30 to 60-day supply.
B vitamins are involved in almost every energy-producing process in the body — converting what you eat into the fuel your cells actually run on, supporting your nervous system, keeping your mood regulated, and helping your brain synthesise the neurotransmitters responsible for focus, memory, and calm. When they're in short supply, the effects show up across all of these systems at once: fatigue, brain fog, low mood, and poor stress tolerance are all common signs of B vitamin insufficiency.
The catch is that most B vitamin supplements use synthetic, non-activated forms that have to be converted by the body before they can be used. For a significant portion of the population — including those with MTHFR gene variants that are surprisingly common — this conversion is impaired, meaning a standard B complex supplement may deliver very little actual benefit regardless of the dose on the label.
Active-B Complex uses only the activated, biologically ready forms of each vitamin. B9 is provided as Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF) — clinically shown to absorb 9.7 times better than standard folic acid and able to bypass the conversion step that causes problems for MTHFR variants. B12 is methylcobalamin at a therapeutic 1000mcg dose. B6 is pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) and B2 is riboflavin sodium phosphate — both activated forms that the body can use straight away. Choline is added specifically to support acetylcholine synthesis — the neurotransmitter most tied to memory, learning, and mental clarity. TGA-listed (AUST L 453869).
The activated versus non-activated distinction is the entire reason this product exists. Standard B complexes are cheap because they use synthetic forms like cyanocobalamin (B12) and folic acid (B9) that need enzymatic conversion before they become usable. Quatrefolic® skips this step entirely — it's already in the form the body uses, making it reliably absorbed regardless of your genetics.
The homocysteine angle is also worth understanding. Elevated homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cognitive decline and cardiovascular issues — and B6, B9, and B12 are the three nutrients most directly responsible for keeping it in check. Active-B Complex is formulated specifically to support healthy homocysteine metabolism, which is why it's relevant not just for daily energy and focus but for long-term brain and heart health.
Choline is included because it's frequently missing from B complex formulas and is one of the most commonly under-consumed nutrients in the population. It's a precursor to acetylcholine — meaning your brain needs it to produce the neurotransmitter responsible for memory consolidation, focus, and mental clarity. Low choline levels are directly tied to poor cognitive performance.

60 capsules per bottle — 30-day supply at 2 capsules/day or 60-day supply at 1 capsule/day.
Take 1–2 capsules daily with food. Do not take at night — B vitamins can be stimulating and may interfere with sleep if taken in the evening. Split your dose through the day if taking 2 capsules (e.g. one with breakfast, one with lunch).
Avoid taking near medications that suppress stomach acid, as these can reduce B12 absorption. Do not take if on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Allow a minimum of 3 months of consistent daily use to assess full benefit.
